How to Use:
First make sure to insert the MicroSD card (up to 16 GB, not included) into the card slot. The unit will not record without the MicroSD card inserted. After the card is inserted, flip the side switch from off to on. Then press and hold the record/stop ( ) button until the green light flashes indicating the camera is starting up. After the green light flashes, the blue light (video mode) or red light (photo mode) will turn on indicating the DVR camera is in standby mode.

From standby mode, the camera can start a video recording, record audio, or snap a photo.

1) Record a Video
From standby mode, flip the side switch to video. Quickly pressing and quickly releasing the record/stop button will start your recording. You know you are recording when the blue light begins flashing. While recording the blue light will continue flashing. The recording will continue until the record/stop button is pressed again. Once the blue light stops flashing, the camera is in standby mode again.

3) Snap a Photo
From standby mode, flip the side switch to photo. By simply pressing and quickly releasing the record/stop button, a picture is saved to MicroSD card. While the red light is turns off the camera is saving the image. You are back in standby mode when the light turns back to red.

3) Record Audio
From standby mode you can start an audio recording from either video or photo mode. Pressing and holding the record/stop button until the red light begins flashing will start your audio recording. While audio is recording the red light will continue flashing. The recording will continue until the record/stop button is pressed again. Once the red light stops flashing and red light (photo mode) or the blue light (video mode) turns back on, the camera is in standby mode again.
