Information We Collect When you shop at South Summit, we collect information you provide directly — your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details at checkout. We also collect browsing data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site. This helps us understand how customers use our store and improve your experience.
How We Use Your Information We use your information to process orders, send shipping confirmations, and handle returns or customer service requests. With your permission, we may also send promotional emails about new products, sales, and exclusive offers. We use browsing data to improve site performance, personalize product recommendations, and analyze traffic patterns.
Information We Share We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers who help us operate our store — including payment processors, shipping carriers, and email platforms — and only to the extent necessary to fulfill your order or communicate with you. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies & Tracking South Summit uses cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, and track site analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic behavior — this data is anonymized and not tied to your personal identity.
